Runva Returns Policy
No Goods shall be returned for credit without our prior written approval.
All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will incur the freight costs.
You may not be eligible to return your product if the item;
has signs of use;
is not in original condition;
is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
has been in your possession for more than 7 days after delivery.
All shipping costs associated with returning a product under this clause 7 are the responsibility of the customer. Any damage or loss to the product being returned while in transit is at the customer’s risk.
