Runva Returns Policy

  • No Goods shall be returned for credit without our prior written approval.

  • All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will incur the freight costs.

  • You may not be eligible to return your product if the item;

  1. has signs of use;

  2. is not in original condition;

  3. is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

  4. has been in your possession for more than 7 days after delivery.

  • All shipping costs associated with returning a product under this clause 7 are the responsibility of the customer. Any damage or loss to the product being returned while in transit is at the customer’s risk.
